Shipping Policy

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts of all products available on our website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you to arrange a full refund of the charged amount.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Mumbai, India using Shiprocket. Depending on your location, the courier company may vary, and may include, among others, DHL, FedEx, BlueDart, DPD.

Shipping Within INDIA

We offer free shipping on all products.

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping on all products. Please note, however, that the terms of delivery to international locations are DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). You will be solely responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes that may be imposed by local authorities in your location.

Order & Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company. We will take all required steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including any necessary special instructions and where someone will be available to receive the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you. Please note that we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number.

Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday (except on national holidays), and 2 delivery attempts will be made before packages are returned to us. Wherever possible and upon our discretion, additional fees may be applicable for further delivery attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 2 to 7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive for deliveries within India, and 3 to 10 working days from dispatch from your goods to arrive for deliveries outside India (barring any delays caused due to customs clearance).

We can not be held liable for any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable for delays once the items have been dispatched from our facility.

International Customs Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries, we endeavour to ensure that the courier partners we use, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, will be able to provide a customs clearance service. However this process will vary depending upon your location, as will the amount of customs duties and handling fees that may be levied.

Please ensure that you have provided accurate and current email and telephone details when placing your order, so that you may be contacted as required by the courier company and/or customs authorities.
Returns and Exchange Policy.

  • All sales at www:icee.live are final.
  • No returns or exchanges are available on any of our products. In the highly unlikely event that your item should have a manufacturing defect please reach out to us at icee.live for us to arrange a custom solution.
  • We have a limited and curated collection, which means we can not accommodate default returns and/or exchanges. However, in case of a genuine size exchange request, we will try to accommodate where possible. In all instances, please always reach out to us at icee.live and we will revert with potential solutions.
  • In the event that you should encounter a manufacturing defect, or have a genuine size exchange request, you must ensure that you reach out to us at icee.live within 4 days of receiving your order. Please note that after this period lapses, we will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests.
  • Any items that you ship back to us without our prior written approval will not be considered for either exchange or refund, and we can not be held liable for any loss or damage to the item in transit, or for its safekeeping after delivery.
  • Process for approved returns: 

  • Returns will only be entertained in case of manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any such defects, please reach out to us at icee.live so that we may arrange a custom solution.

  •  To be eligible for a return, including for a return based on a genuine manufacturing defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with the tag and seal intact. It must also be returned to us in the original packaging.

  • Depending on your location, we may assign a different returns address for your approved return. You will be informed via email of the returns shipping process applicable to your approved return. In order to ensure full traceability and a fast turnaround, please closely follow the shipping instructions that will be provided on a case to case basis.
